For lesson 2 of module 1, I asked you all to meditate on the words, "I am." Given our results from the personality assessment, feedback we've received from family and friends over the course of our lives, and what we believe ourselves to be (in addition to what we're working toward), we already have a healthy idea of our best qualities and key identities. I'd love to hear back from you all about what you've managed to create for your "I am..." mind map.
Remember, this is by no means a finished product. It is a stepping stone to realizing and verbalizing more of your positive qualities and creating a reminder when your confidence has a dip, or when you feel you've somehow fallen short.
I've shared my personal mind map here as well and am excited to see what you've created, either with the templates or of your own design!

Taking the time to do this mind map really was meditative for me. It took me a minute or two to come up with a few adjectives to describe ME, but they started trickling in after the first one. I will definitely spend more time in this reflective space in order to strengthen my self love and confidence. I am happy, I am kind, I am Calm, I am determined, are just a few examples I came up with.
☺️
I also enjoyed this, Yvonne. When the month started, I started to list down random I AM based on what's happening in my life on that day or based on how I feel on that day. So, having this I AM exercise is something that is timely and relevant to me. Thank you, Coach Yvonne. Here are my maps.
I enjoyed this exercise. I found myself thinking of more words as I went along. Here is my map.
