WOW!!!! This is one of my priorities actually this week, to recreate my motivation space at home. I will share here how it will turn out. But, meanwhile, in the office, my motivation space is nature. I have two offices these days, one of which has this lovely view. When things become overwhelming than they already are, I go out and talk to the trees and to these koi fishes. :) For this and more, I am GRATEFUL. Thank you for sharing a glimpse of your motivation space, Coach Yvonne! Your space inspires me and motivates me to work on mine at home, too. :)

I remind myself I have bills to pay. HAHAHA. Kidding aside, thank you for this timely sharing, Coach Yvonne. I needed to be reminded of my motivations these days, not because of the absence of it, but because I needed more motivation to help me cope with all my repsonsibilities at hand. I have to figure things out again, my updated rhythms, now that I have several new factors to consider. :)

I used to feel no one wants to listen to me, so I stopped speaking up. I also used to feel like I wasnt good at speaking at all. But eventually, I realized that I was wrong and that I am actually good at speaking, not because of the languages I use, but because I always speak from my heart. When I figured this out and embraced it, I decided to speak again and this allowed me to help not only myself, but other people, as well.

I also enjoyed this, Yvonne. When the month started, I started to list down random I AM based on what's happening in my life on that day or based on how I feel on that day. So, having this I AM exercise is something that is timely and relevant to me. Thank you, Coach Yvonne. Here are my maps.

They seek meaning in relationships, ideas, and events, with an eye toward better understanding themselves and others." Everything is a spot on for me, especially this one -- INFJs have a rich, vivid inner life, which they may be reluctant to share with those around them. Hahaha. I have a private digi diary, yes. Even this one -- INFJs may “silently withdraw as a way of setting limits”, rather than expressing their wounded feelings—a behavior that may leave others confused and upset. And this one - HAHA - They have an orderly view toward the world, but are internally arranged in a complex way that only they can understand. And yes, I'm artistic but I darn love Physics, neuroscience, and genetics, too.
